Dear Larry,
Shortly after my Aunt Ruth died it was evident I needed a Realtor to
represent me in the sale of her home. Prior to my Aunts passing she
recommended your fine firm as did all of my Aunts friends. Repeatedly the
recommendation was go see Larry Black and Associates.
On very short notice, we were able to schedule an appointment for my
Father and I to meet with you personally and then you introduced me an
Angel on your staff who goes by the name of Linda Basile. I honestly do
not know what to say about her other than she was truly an ANGEL and hope
this letter can give credit where credit is due. Being approximately 600
miles from Mountain Home, it was extremely difficult for me to coordinate
any of the necessary steps in bringing the home to today's close.
I do not know if all of Linda's services were what I should expect from a
Realtor, but she certainly was a gem. Linda found me an attorney. She
coordinated a thorough house cleaning, lawn service, power washing of the
home, an inventory of personal property for an estate garage sale. She
intervened on my behalf with the various utility providers.
I do not know if the rest of the Mountain Home business community is as
professional and caring as is the GEM on your staff, but if they are, I
regret that I'm not a Mountain Home citizen. I'm quite sure you know your
business and that referrals are the hallmark of success and I did them. If
I run across anyone even remotely discussing a move to Mountain Home, I'LL
TELL THEM TO GO SEE LINDA BASILE OVER AT LARRY BLACK AND ASSOCIATES. As a
fishermen, we have a saying. "Its a keeper". Well you have that in Linda
Basile , but I'm sure you know that.
