Vicki has an Associates Degree in Business Management from Purdue University. She has been designated as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Vicki is an Executive Broker at Larry Black and Associates. She has served as President of The North Central Board of Realtors. And in 2002 was selected as "Realtor of the Year".

Jim's background includes Honorable Discharge from USMC, 20 years experience in Data Processing, Owner/Manager Jensen/Associates Consulting Firm, ISS Department Manager for IH/Navistar. And after relocating to Arkansas in 1986, Retired PADI Scuba Instructor, Certified Cave Diver through NSS-CDS, Certified NSCA Instructor, Retired Police Officer (Marion County Sheriff's Office-13+ years), Headed & Trained Dive Team for Sheriff's Office-13+ years, Real Estate Professional since 2000, licensed in both Arkansas and Missouri.
